1. Purpose and Scope This Graphic Products License Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Pinetree Products (“we,” “us,” or “our”) grants customers (“you” or “your”) the right to use our graphic products. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. 10.
